Vaastu Udyog Colony - Pimpri
Vaastu Udyog Colony, Pimpri, was our first project spread over 4 Lakh 40 Thousand Sq. feet of area where about 50 buildings are housed. This was our 1st scheme where the new and latest technology of Precast construction was used for the first time. Vaastu Udyog colony houses over 400 flats and even today many of the owners come back to us for flats in our newer schemes and recount their pleasant home experience.
Radhanagri – Bhosari
Radhanagari is situated on Old Dighi Road in Bhosari . The scheme consists of a combination of Residential cum Commercial establishments. We have built just 5 buildings over an area of more than 1,50,000 Sq.ft. Also there is a beautifully developed PCMC Garden and play area on Amenity Plot which offers a huge play area for children and fresh air for Adults.
Ramnagar – Bhosari
Ramnagar is located in the heart of Bhosari.It has quick and easy access to all essential and leisure activity areas. Spread across over 5 lakh 30 thousand Sq.ft. area, it houses about 35 buildings which have been completed and sold already. Work is currently on for "L" Type (2 BHK's) & "F" Type (1 & 2 BHK's) buildings which will be the Tallest buildings in Bhosari. It has plots reserved for Community Centre and an English Medium School for which plans have already been submitted.
